Social Club Renovation

Paradiso reimagines the former Mixson Bath & Racquet Club in North Charleston's Park Circle area as a members' social club built around a saltwater pool. We renovated the property inside and out: replaced the pool decks, upgraded the private cabanas, and rebuilt the interior locker rooms, kitchen and service areas behind the full-service restaurant and bar. New amenities include a recovery spa cabana, a covered stage on a turfed event lawn, and turf gathering areas across the grounds for concerts, fitness classes and private events.

A full interior and exterior renovation that repositioned an existing building on Coleman Boulevard, the main commercial corridor through central Mount Pleasant near Shem Creek. 1816 Success Street, Building B
St. Peter's by the Sea Church
- Type
- Historic renovation
- Location
- North Charleston, SC
Building B began as St. Peter's by the Sea, the church built to serve the Charleston Navy Base and designed in 1936. We took on a full interior and exterior renovation, replacing the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and bringing the building up to today's standards while keeping as much of the original architecture as we could: the vaulted wood ceiling, the pointed-arch windows and the buttressed brick walls. Redesigned first as creative office space, it is a place of worship again today, home to Charleston Metropolitan Church of Christ.
1816 Success Street, Building C
Historic Train Station Renovation
- Type
- Adaptive reuse
- Location
- North Charleston, SC
A full interior and exterior renovation of Building C at 1816 Success Street, the former Summerville train station, which was moved to the property several decades ago. We brought the structure back for commercial use with new siding, roofing and windows, an added dormer, a rebuilt front porch with new steps and railings, and a complete interior renovation.

Windsor Mill
Mixed-Use Master Plan & Entitlement
- Type
- Pre-development & entitlement
- Location
- Goose Creek, SC
A 30+ acre assemblage along Highway 52, led from initial vision through master planning, design and entitlement. We assembled multiple parcels, coordinated with the City of Goose Creek and took the site through the Planned Development (PD) process, entitling a mixed-use program of multifamily residential, senior housing and supporting retail. The PD was structured to allow phased development and to adapt as market demand changes.
