Our partners and project leaders bring more than 60 years of combined experience in commercial development and construction, and over their careers have delivered more than $1.5 billion in construction.
That experience covers the work this market needs: tenant upfits and office interiors, restaurants, medical facilities, warehouse and industrial buildings, mixed-use and multifamily, and new ground-up commercial construction.
We started Velocity Commercial Construction to bring that experience to the Charleston region in a firm where the people who price your project are the people who build it. Every job has a project manager who runs it day to day and a partner who stays involved, with local licensed trade partners we work with job after job.
Residential work (custom homes, renovations and additions) is handled by our sister company, Velocity Construction.
